Colleen Steiner

About Me

Colleen Steiner was raised and attended college in North Carolina where she received a
dual Major in Business Administration and Finance. Colleen has several years
experience in all facets of operations management, including expertise in personal and
professional organization and management. Colleen has been a licensed Realtor in the
state of Tennessee since 2013.

Since moving to Knoxville in 1996 she has witnessed tremendous growth in both the
residential and commercial sectors of real estate. Having purchased and sold multiple
properties for herself, and having experience with commercial lease terms negotiations
and property management, Colleen understands the many factors and stresses involved in
finding the perfect home/location to fit your needs.

Having raised 2 active boys, managing multiple households and businesses, and
volunteering her time and efforts in various activities, Colleen has successfully
maintained balance in her life through excellent organizational, listening, and
communication skills. Colleen offers a low pressure, soft sell approach, paired with
patience, dedication, attention to detail, and years of experience in customer relations.
